"I waited a while before posting this review because I wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work and I also don’t normally post reviews online. I made this rare exception due to the quality of work and their willingness to fulfill my individual needs. I searched around extensively for a reputable company to replace wood siding on the back side of my house with vinyl siding. A couple of well-known companies stated they would only be able to install for the whole-home. That would be a waste of my money since I only needed one-side completed at the time. I called the Improvement Store after viewing a flyer in my mail. I was advised they would be able to accommodate my request and they worked with me on an ideal payment plan. Alberto and his team were punctual, they removed all debris and the quality of work was exceptional. They went above and beyond with the effort to restore my chimney. Everything is still firmly intact after the heavy wind and rain we experienced last month. The siding was installed over 2 months ago and I am very pleased with the quality of work. I look forward to calling them for future projects. Jon and this entire staff are wonderful people."
