"I had vinyl siding installed on my home. The workmanship was terrific, the communication from Jessica, project manager, was exceptional. I was informed of when the work would begin and updates during the installation process. She sent me pictures documenting the entire installation process and the final look of the home. I could not be more pleased with her professionalism. From the initial site visit with Josh and his evaluation and thorough explanation of the product, warranty, and payment options, I felt comfortable with my decision to work with The Improvement Store. And finally, Alberto, the installer, did an excellent job and always left the job site clean at the end of everyday._I was so pleased with the entire team that I have called Josh to order the installation of new vinyl windows. In today’s environment, the norm seems to be disappointment with contractors. In this case, the team exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for home improvement projects."
