"We had the Improvement Store install a new roof on our home in mid-june of 2021. They were professional and on top of everything starting with the salesperson who handed it off to the project manager John. John stayed in contact with us all the time and was readily available to answer any questions we had. Eduardo was the crew chief that directed our project and we must say that he was also very easy to work with. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. "Had windows and siding installed on entire house, I am VERY pleased! From my sales rep Sandy to Mark the project manager and Alberto and his install crew-everyone was wonderful to work with. Mark kept in touch every week from the time the papers were signed to install and follow up, GREAT Customer Service! Alberto and his crew were very professional, worked hard and a good group of guys. When the project was completed, Alberto gave me a final inspection and answered all my questions. I would have these guys back in a heartbeat, thanks Improvement Store!"

"6'ft x 260b ft. wood fence, whole house windows to include 2 large 5x 12 one piece each bay windows taking 4 men to install per window. Large project, excellent workmanship. Highly trained professionals, local office admin. staff gave weekly calls and updated status follow up from the cooperative office in discussion of design and approval of custom made windows. From top to bottom the entire staff and crew from "The Improvement Store" are professional and customer satisfaction driven."
