"I had all the windows in my home replaced, and working with The Improvement Store was a great experience. My old windows were drafty, hard to open, and some had rotting wood—definitely time for an upgrade. The crew was professional, easy to talk to, and got everything done right on schedule. They made the whole process stress-free from start to finish. I went with double-hung, tilt-in windows with no grids, wrapped in clean white vinyl. They open smoothly now and look great inside and out. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely work with them again."
